Description
Non-metallic sprocket Made by cast nylon with the properties of high strength, excellent wear resistance , anti-corrosion and long service life. ■ Driving sprocket (40T): Light weight, optimized structure, being convenient for installation and maintenance on site. ■ Head shaft sprocket (23T): Odd teeth, double service life. ■ Driven sprocket (17T): Sliding-in installation, self-lubricating. Stub Shaft ■ Integrated casting process, easy installation. ■ Ultra high molecular weight PE sleeve enables the stub shaft very low friction coefficient, good chemical stability and long service life. ■ A variety of size of stub shaft are available based on tank requirement. Sludge scraper flight ■ Made by high strength glass fiber reinforced polyester(GFRP) by pultrusion process. ■ Long service life, extremely low water absorption & deformation, strong anti-corrosion. ■ A variety of structure design can meet for different requirements on tank width. The maximum width can be up to 12m. Head shaft ■ Telescoping design is easy for length adjustment. ■ Material of metal/non-metal/composite are available. Collector chain ■ Special fiberglass reinforced PBT material with high strength and strong anti-corrosion properties. ■ High loads bearing capacity, low elongation after water absorption. ■ Light weight, low energy consumption. ■ Patented structure design, easy to be assembled. NH-78 driving chain ■ Fiber reinforced Nylon material with high strength, light weight and excellent anti-corrosion properties. ■ Stainless steel protective wrap for chain barrel is optional to reduce the abrasion under high grit working conditions. Wear shoes & wear strips ■ Wear shoes are easy to be installed and replaced, and can be used on both working surfaces. ■ Special materials with low friction ensure smooth operation of the whole collector system. Return track ■ High strength glass fiber reinforced polyester(GFRP), being convenient for installation and maintenance on site. ■ Fixed by glass fiber reinforced Nylon bracket, and installed on tank wal. Scum pipe ■ The scum pipes are installed across the tank width, which is mainly suitable for collecting and removing floating oil and scum of the surface of sewage water.
